In 2018, Pilot wanted to refresh their catalogs. The format was changed from a typical vertical publication to a horizontal layout so that the packaging and product could be featured more prominently on the page. The content for the product pages was also simplified and organized for better legibility and ease of finding information. The life-style images featured throughout the catalog were either chosen or art directed to reflect use and product personality as well as add some editorial style to all the content.
